For those in the early stages of construction, the New Home/Renovation Construction Package integrates landscape planning with your build, while the General Landscape Design Consultation offers personalized advice for those who prefer to take the reins on their design.
These packages deliver professional insight and value, making them perfect for smaller projects.
New Home/Renovation Construction Package
This package is for those who are in the design or early construction phase of building a home who aren’t ready to invest in a full landscape design package, but don’t want their landscape to be an afterthought.
It has been designed to be responsive to changes to the house design and budget.
This package provides the information that builders and landscapers require to:
Cost the hard landscaping elements
Determine separate scopes of builder and landscaper.
Identify efficiencies and cost savings (such as pouring concrete all at once)
Plan for reduced access after the build is complete (e.g. excavation for a pool).
Plan for placement of services and utilities in relation to future landscape elements such as pools or feature trees.
This package consists of three phases (purchased separately)

This is the first round of design where we work with you to develop a plan that can be costed by either your builder, landscaper or both.
It includes: -
Vision board
A line drawing showing the location and dimensions of major landscape elements including hardscaping and feature trees
A suggested materials palette - A list of quantities of hardscaping material
This package includes one revision. Any further revisions will incur additional cost
Steep/complex sites may require additional fees - Please give us a call to discuss and get in contact to discuss

This round allows for any changes that may be required due to cost, house design changes or new inspiration.
It includes:
- Vision board
- An updated line drawing showing the location and dimensions of major landscape elements including hardscaping and feature trees
- A revised materials palette
- A list of quantities for hardscaping materials
*This package includes one revision. Any further revisions will incur additional costs.

This round is for those that have confirmed their hard landscape and are ready for a plant design.
It includes:
- Plant palette
- Plant design
- Plant schedule
We can source plants and organize delivery for an additional fee.
We can place the plants in your garden ready for planting for an additional fee.
